Flowers bloom according to their own schedule, not ours. Therefore, I will inform you one or two days in advance when your bouquet is nearly ready. If you're planning to be away, we can reschedule to ensure you don't miss out on enjoying your flowers.
For your initial delivery, you will receive a bucket. On delivery days, please place this bucket by your front door with 3-4 inches of water. I will then deliver your flowers directly into the bucket to keep them fresh and hydrated.
